Few weeks ago, I brought my car to a Canadian Tire Auto store for a routine maintenance. While I was waiting in-line at the service desk, I noticed there was an argument between one customer and a service staff at the desk. It seems the customer was not happy with the service or something he bought for his car. He was trying to dispute it with the staff of the store. The staff was trying to explain the problem to the customer. The argument was getting louder. At a point, I felt something terrible could happen since the customer was really upset. By now I remembered and decided to transfer energy to both persons. Amazingly, few minutes later both persons talked to each other very nice. At the end, they smiled and said good-bye with “have a good day” to the other. For myself, I smiled too …
